Gemma sold our house and  was always up to date on issues, informed & involved and being the only point of contact made things very straightforward. She is always available & has constantly kept us informed & helped move things along. She has shown very good knowledge & understanding of the market (including during current turbulence) throughout the entire process (from marketing, photos, accessing potential buyers, showing our home & navigating the conveyancing process) leaving us with very little to do ourselves. She is brilliant at keeping the process moving along and gives you frequent updates.  She is refreshing in her approach which other estate agents could learn a great deal from. Her service is bespoke. She offers a package that is better and cheaper than other estate agents in that you have no hidden costs and even things that you would pay for as extras, Gemma includes in her fixed price such as photos and videography. She attends these in person, having her own flair for staging your house. She is totally professional, and it makes such a difference dealing with one person through the whole process. Nothing is ever too much including calls during the evening and once when she was on holiday abroad. She is very competent and meticulous, so you are in very safe hands. My next property will be ready to sell in a few months and even though it is out of the area, I will use Gemma again because frankly, it would be madness not to.

She keeps you up to date throughout the entire buying and selling process and answers her phone, messages and emails very promptly.  Gemma makes what can be a very stressful process clear and straightforward with regular updates on progress and by offering a total package, including the services of a recommended solicitor and EPC survey.  I cannot recommend Grantham's Estates highly enough.
