Buyers and sellers will only ever deal with me, offering you one-to-one, Director-level involvement, and an in-depth knowledge of your property sale at every stage, from property appraisal through to completion.

I have no fixed office hours, and am available 7 days a week, contactable in whatever method suits you best.

About Me

I am the owner of Grantham’s Estates. I have lived and worked in Shrewsbury and the surrounding area for several years. I have a wealth of knowledge about this area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and I am keen to share my enthusiasm for everything the area has to offer.

My Promise to You

I offer a one-to-one service. I am not part of a large team who don’t know you. I will therefore know your sale or purchase inside out, at every stage.

I will only have 10 properties ‘live’ at any given time. This will ensure that I am able to dedicate significantly more time and attention to each Client.

My bespoke service will ensure that your home is showcased to the highest level, and will not be compromised by time. This will ensure that the best price will be achieved for your property, and you will receive the best advice, tailored to your needs.

My Availability

I have no fixed office hours, and am available 7 days a week, giving greater flexibility to both Vendors and Buyers.

I will always be at the end of the phone to deal with your queries, worries or concerns, however big or small.

My Approach

My overall approach to estate agency is to be accessible, and to ‘hold my customer’s hand’ from start to finish, sharing their journey to ensure the experience is as positive and simple as possible, whilst maximising each property’s potential.

My Motivation

My motivation for setting up Grantham’s Estates comes from a love of property, combined with a desire to do things differently, having had several negative experiences whilst buying/selling houses.
